
I recently heard from a customer of Garlic Garden that was concerned about an article they found on the Internet talking about how bad Canola Oil is for your health. After reading the article, it was clear that the articles I read were spouting misinformation and conjecture, not based on credible sources (an in most cases not mentioning ANY sources).
Obviously we can't say we're a credible source of Canola Oil information, as we use it as part of our ingredients in the whipped garlic. However, we can point you to credible sources that outline the health benefits.
