Low Fat Garlic Salad Dressing
Our whipped garlic has always been a low fat, low carbohydrate, and low sodium alternative to other cooking bases and spreads. In fact, all of our Lebanese Breeze recipes are are perfect for folks looking for healthy recipes, while at the same time keeping all of the flavor in you love.
Ingredients:
- Washed Mixed Greens (any of your favorite lettuce types)
- Cherry tomatoes and cucumbers
- Finely diced onion
- 1 tblspn and 1 teaspn (0.7 ounces) of extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tblspns (1 1/2 ounces) of lemon juice
- 1 tblspn (0.5 ounces) of Lebanese Breeze (your favorite flavor)
- 1/8 tblspn (0.065 ounces) of crushed black pepper - add as desired
Directions:
Using a small mixing bowl, add the extra virgin olive oil, Lebanese Breeze, and lemon juice together. Stir together until all ingredients are blended (add or reduce lemon juice to increase or decrease dressing thickness). Pour salad dressing over your salad and add pepper as desired. Enjoy.
