If you are fortunate enough to have traveled to New Orleans for Mardi Gras, you know that Jambalaya is something pretty popular with restaurants and street vendors in the French Quarter. Whether you have actually been to New Orleans or not, you can prepare a great Jambalaya dish where ever you are to celebrate Mardi Gras.
