SALADA-T-MALFOOF (Lebanese Cabbage Salad)

This delicious, refreshing and simple salad is ready in minutes with the help of store bought, shredded cabbage.

16oz. Bag of shredded cabbage
1/2 Medium size red onion sliced in thin slivers
1 tsp. Fresh mint chopped


 Dressing:

 Juice of 1 large lemon
 3 Tblsp. Honey
 1 Tblsp. Lebanese Breeze Original Flavor
 1/3 Cup olive oil

 Wisk lemon and honey together along with the Lebanese Breeze Whipped   Garlic.  Drizzle in the olive oil while whisking.   Place cabbage, onions and  mint leaves in a large bowl.  Plate each salad individually and drizzle dressing just prior to serving.  This dressing is also wonderful served with green salad or over steamed vegetables.
    

BREEZY PIZZA

  • 1 ready-made pizza crust
  • 4 oz. Pizza sauce
  • 1-Tblsp Basil Lebanese Breeze
  • 1-cup mozzarella cheese

Spread the Lebanese Breeze over crust, follow with the pizza sauce. Add the cheese and a variety of toppings of your choice.

Use what ever you have left over in the fridge. Some nights we use roast chicken and others times we use classic pepperoni and sausage. Use your imagination and what ever is left over in your fridge.

SIMPLE GARLIC BREAD

Slice French bread length wise, spread with Lebanese Breeze, any flavor, broil until warm and bubbly or wrap in foil at 350 and bake for 10 minutes.

ORION BREAD

  • 1 large loaf of French bread or several slices
  • Spread bread with Lebanese Breeze, sprinkle with Orion Spice
  • Wrap in foil
  • Bake in 375 degree oven for 15 minutes
  • Or, you can broil the bread, just top with favorite cheese and broil until melted

LOW FAT FRENCH FRIES

  • Wash and slice whole potoatoes french fry style (peel if desired)
  • Lightly coat baking sheet with non-stick spray
  • Lay fries in single layer on baking sheet
  • Lightly spray potatoes with non-stick spray
  • Sprinkle Orion Spice over all
  • Bake in 425 degree oven for 20 minutes
  • Stir potatoes gently and sprinkle again
  • Return to oven and cook until desired crispness

HOT POTATOES

Here’s the best-baked potato you’ll ever eat…or make a meal out of!

Scrub and bake your potato as usual, add Lebanese Breeze (any flavor), a pad of butter and sour cream, sprinkle with grated cheese, sprinkle Orion Spice, add a few bacon bits. Re-heat 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Add any ingredients to suit your taste.
