SALADA-T-MALFOOF (Lebanese Cabbage Salad)
This delicious, refreshing and simple salad is ready in minutes with the help of store bought, shredded cabbage.
16oz. Bag of shredded cabbage
1/2 Medium size red onion sliced in thin slivers
1 tsp. Fresh mint chopped
Add fresh parsley, radishes and carrots for a more appealing salad.

Dressing:
Juice of 1 large lemon
3 Tblsp. Honey (or to taste)
1 Tblsp. Lebanese Breeze Original Flavor
1/3 Cup olive oil
Wisk lemon and honey together along with the Lebanese Breeze Whipped Garlic. Drizzle in the olive oil while whisking. Place cabbage, onions and mint leaves in a large bowl. Plate each salad individually and drizzle dressing just prior to serving. This dressing is also wonderful served with green salad or over steamed vegetables.
This recipe is so quick and easy. Slice fresh French bread lengthwise .
Spread with the Basil flavor Lebanese Breeze.
Place sliced cucumber on top, followed by slices of avocado
and tomato. Enjoy!
You are welcome to add sliced ham and cheese and broil until bubbly. Simple and delicious.
GARLIC MASHED POTATOES - Simply delicious!
Peel 6 medium potatoes, dice, place in large pot, cover with cold water, a dash of salt and boil until tender.
Drain water after tender; add 1 tsp butter, 3-Tblsp Lebanese Breeze, dash of white pepper (optional) and salt to taste.
Using a hand mixer, blend all the ingredients together on low speed. Add 2-Tblsp milk; add more milk as necessary to achieve desired consistency. No need to have gravy!
BAKED POTATOES
Here’s the best-baked potato you’ll ever eat…or make a meal out of!
Scrub and bake your potato as usual, add Lebanese Breeze (any flavor), a pad of butter and sour cream, sprinkle with grated cheese, sprinkle Orion Spice, and a shake of bacon bits. Re-heat 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Add any ingredients to suit your taste.
ASPARAGUS SPEARS WITH GARLIC BUTTER
Shave stem of Asparagus slightly. Wrap 5 Asparagus stems at a time in panchetta or bacon, place individually wrapped “packet” of Asparagus in baking dish coated lightly with cooking spray. Warm butter and garlic until melted, drizzle over Asparagus. Cover and bake at 350, for 20 minutes, or tender
